• Enter your Proper Shipping Name into the Proper Shipping Name field.
• NOTE: The 4" x 5" label can only accomodate a 6mm size UN Number.  When a 12mm UN Number and Proper Shipping Name is required, please select a 4" x 6" Proper Shipping Name label.
• If blank labels are wanted, type "BLANK" in both fields.
