Shipping & Handling


Products that are shipping to international locations other than Canada and Mexico are required to be ordered by calling 1-888-568-6035 or emailing eorders@reliancelabel.com.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products to be shipped, the location of the delivery destination and the freight service selected at checkout. Shipments can be tracked based on the tracking number that will be provided on the shipment notification that will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. All orders for products in stock will be shipped the same day if order is received by 1 PM CST or the next business day if received after 1PM CST. Time of transit will depend on freight service selected and location of delivery.

All delivered products should be inspected for freight damage immediately upon receipt. In the event that your product is (or appears to be) damaged, contact the freight company to file a claim. Do not contact Reliance Label Solutions regarding freight damage. All products are shipped FOB Shipping Point and therefore Reliance Label Solutions is not responsible for damaged freight or claim preparation.
